Treasure

 I was on the middle of answering my modules when my little sister suddenly ask me. "Kuya,what is love for you?" she asked curiously.

I smiled then answered. "For me love is a sacrifice." She looked at me confusedly. "What do you mean about that,Kuya?" then she pouted.

I laughed because she's too cute while pouting. I pinched her cheeks. "You're so too cute lil sis." she smiled. "I know,kuya." she boastfully said.

"Yabang." I whispered. "May sinasabi ka kuya?" she asked. I laughed. "Wala balik tayo sa tanong mo."

"Okay po,kuya. So ano na po sagot mo?" she asked again. 

I smiled sweetly to her. "Love is a sacrifice dahil gagawin mo ang lahat para mapasaya mo yung love ones mo kahit ano pa kapalit nito,kayang mo isuko lahat para sakanila/sakan'ya even the consequence is death." I utterly said.

"Did you experienced na ba ,kuya?" she asked again. She's too full of questions and talkative that's why I love my lil sis.

"Yes,lil sis. Kuya experienced it, wanna know it?" I asked her. She looked at me with an excitement in her eyes. "Yes po,kuya!"

"I experienced it when I was still a teenager." I said. She's listening carefully. "Father always get angry at me and sometimes he locked me up on my room just to stop me to find her, that father don't want to be part of our life,but that didn't stop me I still continued to find her." 

I looked at her then smiled. "Until one day,he give me a chance to chose between the two, "You'll stop to find her or I will disown you." at first I was hesitant to choose but why would I stop now when I'm at the verge to find her, so I choose to second choice." I saw a glimpse of sadness in her eyes.

"Then until one day I found her, the most precious person that I will love and take care until the day I die." I smiled. She curiously looked at me the asked. "Who's that person,Kuya?"

I looked at her lovingly. "It's you lil sis, you're the most precious treasure to me." then a lone tear escaped on her eyes.
